Experiencing the state of creative flow is an incredible sensation. I’ve discovered that meditation is the most effective method for generating new ideas. Through stillness and connection with universal consciousness, I am able to create a space where endless ideas can flow freely.
As a result of one of my meditation sessions, a concept arose for Mindful Moments, a collection of short, powerful episodes on mindful living and the benefits of slowing down for my podcast. The first episode, Pathway to Wellness, was recently released, with new episodes scheduled to come out weekly.
