Over the past few weeks, our family has experienced a whirlwind of events. Our son achieved a major milestone by graduating from college. It was a day filled with mixed emotions – pride in his remarkable achievements as he graduated a year ahead of schedule with honors, but also a tinge of sadness knowing that this esteemed institution has celebrated its final graduating class. My next priority will be celebrating his accomplishments in June.

I am still struggling to manage my daily life while dealing with chronic hemiplegic migraines, which are a rare and severe form of migraine that involves temporary paralysis on one side of the body. Due to this challenge, I have been writing and recording less. Between family obligations, my full-time job, and my creative pursuits, I am exhausted.
So, dear friends and supporters, I will be taking a much-needed break. I will still write and record meditations when creativity strikes, but I will not be keeping the crazy schedule of one post a week or 2-3 meditations a month. It is just too much at this time.
Thank you for your continued support and have a blissful summer.
