In life, it’s natural to notice changes as we age. Embracing aging gracefully means finding happiness in the present moment and accepting the inevitability of change. Over the next four days, we’ll focus on aging as a privilege, well-being as we grow older, gratitude, and embracing change.

Over the course of the upcoming four days, our focus will be on delving into the concept of aging as a privilege, exploring the various aspects of well-being as we grow older, reflecting on the practice of gratitude, and learning to embrace the inevitability of change.

We will explore the depths of our inner selves, embracing the unique and timeless essence that resides within each of us. By doing so, we aim to nurture and cultivate a heightened sense of present-moment awareness, allowing us to fully engage with the richness of the world around us and the experiences that unfold within it.

We will explore Somatic Experiencing to deepen our mind-body connection and cultivate a greater awareness of our inner selves. Through this practice, we aim to embrace each day as it comes, fostering a sense of presence and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

By delving into the nuances of somatic awareness, timelessness, and gratitude, we cultivate a deep connection with our physical and emotional experiences. Through these practices, we seek to develop a more profound understanding of ourselves and our reactions, allowing for a more authentic and grounded experience of everyday life.

Meet Kristen

Kristen Simonds is a seasoned Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher with over 16 years of dedicated meditation practice. She feels incredibly grateful to have discovered this transformative practice on her personal journey. Through meditation, she has delved into various modalities, such as yoga, Eastern Religious Studies, Chakras, and Reiki, and is currently finishing her Somatic Healing Certification, expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field.
