What You Will Learn
Allow Kristen to guide you through your journey from Reiki I to Reiki Master Teacher training. Learn about the history and principles of Reiki, energy healing techniques, chakra balancing, hand positions for treating others or oneself, and the ethical considerations surrounding energy work. In advanced classes, you will also be taught how to use symbols and mantras to enhance the flow of healing energy, as well as techniques for self-care and aiding others in their healing journey. Additionally, practical experience and mentorship will help you develop confidence and proficiency in administering Reiki.

Distance Reiki healing typically involves the practitioner channeling energy and intention towards the recipient, who may be located anywhere in the world.
