This course was a 4-hour in-person seminar before Covid. Shifting the content to online platforms has deepened the practice by allowing for a more in-depth look at our personal practices and how we can enhance our well-being. This eight-day course is designed to help students integrate the materials and mindfully develop their own personal sacred space.
The course primarily consists of audio content, with additional reference material provided as a supplement. The supplemental information is only available here on dandeliondoorways.com. Other online platforms contain only audio lessons.
This course contains guided meditations, which require a safe and comfortable environment where you sit or lie down without distraction. Please refrain from driving or operating any equipment while listening to this meditation.
