Overview

Our policy for refunds and returns extends for a period of 14 days for courses that are less than 30% completed. Should the 14-day period have lapsed since your purchase, or if you have completed more than 30%, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a full refund or facilitate an exchange.

Downloadable meditations are not refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any course that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, or more than 30% completed

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All physical products are made to order. Please double check size, color and other variable prior to making a purchase.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please contact Dandelion Doorways at info@dandeliondoorways.com if you need to return an item. Only new, unused/unworn items can be returned. Face masks and swimsuits can NOT be returned.  A restocking fee may apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
