I will revel in each new wrinkle
& take pleasure in each added pain.
I will find comfort
in the blossoming softness
of my aging form
& take refuge in what I’ve lost,
not gained.
For I am ethereal, eternal
I am the light of the moon,
the grandeur of the mountain.
I am the vastness of space
as deep as the ocean.
As I wax irrelevant in form,
I merge with pure awareness-
the infinite.
I am a blade of grass
kissed with dew,
a speck of stardust
free & unbound
I am brahman.
