Reiki Infused Metta Meditation for Healing

Metta meditation, also known as loving-kindness meditation, is a popular form of mindfulness practice that originates from Buddhist traditions. The word “metta” translates to “loving-kindness” or “benevolence” in Pali, a language used in early Buddhist texts.
